Top 10 Countdown Show Trivia Question

In 1979, Jon Voight and Jane Fonda won Academy Awards for Best Actor and Best Actress. And television gave us stars like John Ritter, Suzanne Summers, and Farrah Fawcett. But In the 60s and 70s we also saw dogs steal the limelight in film and animation featuring Snoopy, Lassie, and Benji. Little River Band – Lonesome Loser

Originally formed in Melbourne, Australia in March of 1975 the Little River Band have sold more than 30 million records with six studio albums reaching the top 10 on the Australian album chart plus were inducted in the Australian Recording Industry Hall of Fame in 2004. Here in America, the band’s first platinum selling album was in 1978 with Sleeper Catcher featuring the the mega hits Lady and Reminiscing. Their follow-up album in the summer of ‘79 was First Under the Wire which not only reached platinum status as well, but spawned two Top 20 hits on our chart: Cool Change and the song making its debut this week at #40 Lonesome Loser.
