In 1984, the love theme from this classic movie was called Almost Paradise which was a duet from Mike Reno of Loverboy and Ann Wilson of Heart. Played at proms and weddings, it was #5 of six Top 40 hits from the soundtrack. The title track by Kenny Loggins and Let’s Hear It For The Boy by Deniece Williams both went to #1 while the love theme spent 1 week at #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart.
